It's a real pleasure and a smooth process to send Jeff a text and get a quick response agreeing to getting your sign up that day or the next. Thats fast, efficient and immediate. I even get a picture from him upon installation that I forward to my sellers. Makes me look good. There is no delays and waiting till maybe Wednesday or next Saturday for an installation, repair or removal. It's when I need it done. I don't have to store my signs plus he personally returns my sold bursts. The MAIN benefit of getting my signs up quickly is getting calls from purchasers immediately and in this volatile market It gives me the edge over my peers. Previously there were times the property was sold prior to my sign even getting up.
I'd later get calls of interest but had already lost potential of a double end. It's happened.
